Payment Methods

CIRKEL LIVING offers you various payment methods. The entire payment process is encrypted and secure.

PAYPAL

We offer payment via PayPal in all our delivery countries. Select the PayPal payment method during the order process, and you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one during the payment process. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com. Credits or chargebacks will be transferred to the PayPal account used for the original payment.

VISA

We offer payment by credit card in all our delivery countries. We accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard). Please enter your card number, expiry date and the verification number on the back of your credit card at the end of the ordering process. The check number consists of the last three digits of the number in the signature field. Your credit card details will not be stored by us. Credits or chargebacks will be transferred back to the credit card used for the original payment.

Sofortüberweisung

We offer payment by “Sofortüberweisung” in the following delivery countries: Germany and Austria. With the payment method “Sofortüberweisung” you will be redirected to the payment page of “Sofortüberweisung” after the order process. For more information, please visit www.sofort.com. Credits or chargebacks will be transferred back to the bank account used for the original payment.

Payment in advance

We offer payment in advance in all our delivery countries. We must receive payment within 5 days of successful order placement. If the payment does not reach us in time, Cirkel Living is entitled to cancel the order. Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be covered by you. Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of your payment.

Please always state the order number as the purpose of payment – you will find it in the order confirmation you receive by e-mail. Please note that some banks may charge separate transfer fees for transactions from abroad. This is completely independent of Cirkel Living and must be clarified with the respective bank. Credits or chargebacks will be transferred back to the bank account used for the original payment.
