Ist meine Bestellung angenommen worden?
After your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. With dispatch, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation and a parcel label number so that you can always check the current status of your shipment.
Wie lange sind die Lieferzeiten?
The delivery time within Germany is 1 – 3 working days after receipt of order.
Wer bringt mir die Ware?
The goods are checked before dispatch, optimally packed and then sent insured by DHL to the specified delivery address.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a note with a new delivery date and a telephone number to arrange an alternative date.
Wie erfolgt die Artikelrückgabe?
You can exchange or return unused goods within 14 days. If you wish to return the delivered goods to us after you have expressly exercised your right of cancellation, you will find further information on the right of cancellation here.
